Parts One through Five of the book cover an an enormous amount of material, yet the scope and scale of the project inevitably yielded a lot more material that could have been included, even in a 688 page book. Thus, this section of the E-ppendix includes more detailed descriptions of the major benchmark indexes (from both the index providers themselves and 'neutral' analysis), more insight into the 'art and science' of managing index changes and operational risks in global portfolios, and a variety of 'insider's perspectives' on the evolution of indexing.
This part of the E-ppendix is designed to parallel the structure of the book, with five parts and individual chapters within each part. An overview is provided here - please click-through to the section of interest, either from this page or from the red-colored Navigation bar on the left of this page. Over time, with the input of both readers and contributors, this section will expand to meet the changing focus of the dynamic investment industry. | | |
